KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Design
• Contribute to the successful delivery of projects across all design stages.
• Assist in preparing drawings, visualizations, and reports to support client presentations.
• Participate in the development of Concept, Schematic, and Detailed Design packages aligned with codes and project briefs.
• Prepare and review details and material specifications to ensure technical excellence.
• Coordinate architectural information with external sub-consultants.
• Attend client and consultant meetings, capture feedback, and assist in design adjustments.
• Collaborate with internal design, BIM, and engineering teams to deliver coordinated solutions.
• Meet project deadlines and contribute to documentation and design package completeness.
• Review construction documents and shop drawings, providing comments and markups where required.
• Raise major issues, share concerns, and provide monthly reports on project progress.
• Submit deliverables for director-level review and approval.
• Communicate workload and support needs to maintain team efficiency.
• Apply office design standards and suggest improvements for workflow and quality.
BIM
• Model architectural components in Revit or similar tools per project LOD requirements.
• Maintain model accuracy and organization throughout the design process.
• Coordinate with structural, MEP, and other models to resolve clashes.
• Follow the BIM Execution Plan and modelling workflows under guidance.
• Adhere to prescribed naming, coding, and numbering conventions.
• Develop shared data between models (e.g., grids, levels, coordinates).
• Support setup and management of views, sheets, annotations, and schedules.
• Participate in internal BIM reviews and maintain template consistency.
• Continuously improve modelling skills and participate in training or mentoring sessions.
• Ensure projects follow prescribed BIM protocols and standards.
• Extract and develop architectural drawings from BIM models to industry standards.
REQUIREMENTS
• Degree in Architecture
• 5+ years of relevant professional experience
• Proficiency in Revit, Rhino, AutoCAD, and other BIM tools
• Knowledge of architectural detailing and coordination
• Familiarity with all phases of project design and delivery
• Excellent communication, documentation, and organizational skills
• Committed to collaborative work and design excellence
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit. Working knowledge of Rhinoceros, Enscape, Grasshopper and V-Ray are welcome additions.
